Terms of service

Neverstale builds a personal portfolio website from your connected accounts, proposes updates when those accounts change, and publishes your site at a Neverstale address. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

You must give accurate details, keep your sign-in secure, and be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. You are responsible for activity under your account. Usernames can be claimed on a first-come basis; we may reclaim reserved or abusive names.

You own your content. You give us permission to fetch, store, process and display it so we can run the service, including sending it to our AI provider to draft text. Drafts are generated from your source data and may still be wrong or poorly worded. Review what you approve: you are responsible for what is published on your site, including anything Autopilot publishes for you on a Pro plan.

Only connect accounts you own and content you have the right to publish.

Do not use Neverstale to:

• publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, or impersonate someone else;
• attack, overload or probe the service, or work around rate limits or plan limits;
• scrape or resell the service, or use it to send spam.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why where we can.

Free includes every connector, manual fetching (up to 10 times per source per day), 7-day analytics and a Neverstale badge on your site. Pro is US$10 a month or US$100 a year (NZD pricing is available at checkout) and adds daily automatic fetching, Autopilot publishing, premium templates, a custom domain, no badge and longer analytics ranges.

Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Billing, and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe. If you downgrade, Autopilot returns to manual approval and a custom domain is unbound after 14 days; your content is never deleted. Refunds are handled case by case; contact us.

Neverstale depends on services such as GitHub, Dribbble, Instagram, RSS feeds and email. We do not control them. If one changes or blocks access, fetching from it may stop working, and we cannot guarantee any particular source.

We work to keep your published site and the app available, but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or retire features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what you paid for.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings; this removes your data as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or opportunity, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. We may update them and will revise the date above; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Questions: [email protected].
